Yes, we do get Coyotes. I just took this picture yesterday. But, my the picture of the view off my porch is deceptive. We don't really live in the middle of nowhere. Our subdivision backs up to some land the airport owns. We are one of the blessed ones who got a yard that backs to that land. Behind that about half a mile away is a highway.

I'm like Tammy...I was WAY behind and had to catch up...Love all that you've done with the house. The kids have gotten so big, not to mention the fact that you added a new one to the mix. He is precious...congrats! Great pics.
Wow, look at all the Tammys I attracted! It's good to have you on my blog. I will try to stick around. I scanned all my old posts and noticed I use to type a lot. This time it's more pictures hopefully that will help me stay in blogsville.
You picture looked like you live off on a prairie somewhere! Ha! But then....you do have coyotes!! I bet they howl on a moonlit night. ~shiver~ :D
My entire back yard is full of trees and down hill...below that...a subdivision. But I've seen coyotes on a suburb/business street near my job. So we have them too.
This was the first coyote I have ever seen in person. I lived in a small Mountain town for a long time you think I would have seen one there not here so close to the city.
